Bing.com introduces Attractions Instant Answers

Bing.com announces a new Attractions feature giving over users instant access to key information on over 50,000 points of interest in 6,600 cities worldwide. The feature which launches this week, spans a range of global attractions from comedy festivals and museums, to historical sites and panoramic spots.

 

Bing Attractions helps guide and inspire users around the globe by allowing them to enter a destination city or country, before bringing back an array of local attractions, complete with description, images, location and reviews. More information including reviews from Trip Advisor, maps, opening times and pictures can be accessed with one click to the full attractions page and experience.

 

 

The more discerning tourists can filter attractions by category including museums, historical sites, places of geographical interest and tours, as well as by neighbourhood and lifestyle.

 

Bargain hunters will rejoice in the editors choices feature which picks out a selection of the Best Free Sites while parents will be reassured with the Best For Kids collection.  

 

Nearly one in ten UK search queries are travel related and with over 64,000 attractions in the UK alone, the new feature from Bing will help users cut through internet clutter to get to the information they need faster. The feature will also offer easy to access information to the 30 million overseas residents who visit the UK every year*.

 

Bing Attractions makes finding and deciding which attractions to visit easier by bringing together data from different sources, including maps and user reviews, and making it easy to read and sort through destination information.
