Bing team take on Windows Phone 7 and search

Yesterday, we announced Windows Phone 7, the latest addition to the Windows family. The Bing team is very excited, as search is available straight from the start screen. The Search button will bring you Web results, local information, maps and a range of other information – making finding the content that matters most to you faster and easier than before.

Another great thing about the event itself was that British institution Stephen Fry was on stage to talk about Windows Phone 7 – which is a great endorsement!

Aside from search, the way the phone is so customisable is key. Live Tiles provide a personal experience – showing the content that matters most to you. You have access to real-time updates such as news or even the current status of your friends on Facebook.

Add the Xbox LIVE, Microsoft Office Mobile, Zune and Windows Live integration and it’s easy to see why there’s been so much buzz already online.

If you haven’t yet seen Windows Phone 7 or had a chance to find out more about the features, then make sure you visit the Windows Phone 7 site here.
