Bing to power AOL’s search

Two of the most important things we strive for at Bing are for consumers to choose Bing as their search service and for industry leaders to trust Bing to provide search to their customers. Today we announced an exciting new partnership with AOL. Beginning January 1st, 2016 Bing will become the exclusive provider of search and search advertising services across AOL properties.

Now with 20% market share in U.S., we are continuing to grow through consumer preference and through key partnerships. The 10-year deal with AOL is the latest to validate the exceptional quality of our search results and marketplace. No longer just a destination search engine, Bing is becoming an integral part of many popular third party devices and services, and Microsoft experiences including Windows, Cortana and Office.
