Congratulations to the winners of the Bing “Decide Your Best Halloween Costume” sweepstakes. On October 25th, we asked you to tell us about the best Halloween costume you have ever worn. To enter, participants were asked to tweet their replies to the @Bing handle and utilize the #BingHalloween hashtag.
