X Games 17 Kicks Off Today: Bing’s Sponsorship Salutes Decision Makers

Today marks the start of the 17th annual ESPN Summer X Games in Los Angeles and Bing will be there and on-air all weekend.   Bing is an official sponsor of this year’s X Games; from BMX Big Air to Skateboarding Tricks to Moto X Freestyle, we are excited to partner with ESPN and the Action Sports community.

In the spirit of the games, we wanted to capture the essence of the “X” lifestyle in a series of short films.  These features highlight folks who decided to follow their passions and surface the key decisions that led them where they are now.  During the games, we will be airing these stories in prime placements starting tonight throughout the games. From pro surfer Alex Gray who decides how to live his life based on the next swell, to the Rat City Roller Girls who decided to break the conventional sports mold to successfully forge a thriving Roller Derby community, to the Krochet Kids a group of friends who decided to build a business selling hats that benefit women in Uganda.

You can check out some of the features below and see the entire series at www.bing.com/originals.

Professional surfer Alex Grey talks about decisions he makes when planning a surf outing.
