I have been working as a user experience and visual designer for Bing since
October 2009. Over the past year and a half, I have gotten to help redefine the
visual look and feel of the product, as well as drive design for several
innovative new features. I see search as a very exciting area to work in because
of the opportunity that I have to organize and visualize the world’s information
in new, more meaningful ways. I think Bing design will ultimately be the driving
force that sets our search engine apart from the competition. 

I love working as part of the Bing Design Team because every day offers new
design challenges for me to work through and solve. It is incredibly rewarding
to log in to Bing.com and see my influence across the site, and I am constantly
motivated by the fact that I am working towards improving the online experience
for millions of users around the world. 

Above all else, working for Bing Design has been an amazing experience
because of the unique passion each individual brings to the team. I get to work
alongside some of the most talented people in the industry, and I learn
something new every day.
