I don’t know about you, but my homepage is sacred. It is the gateway to the World Wide Web which is where I spend most of my free time. You never think about how important your homepage is until you decide to change it. Recently, I switched my homepage to www.MSN.ca and since then I’ve been loving my experience. There are many reasons to love MSN but here are the top 5 reasons I love MSN as my browser homepage.
1. The MSN Strip
At first glance, the MSN Strip is the first thing you see when you open your MSN homepage. The Strip allows you to access all of your favourite apps right on your MSN home page. I always make sure I am logged onto my favourite apps, such as Outlook, Skype, Facebook, etc. By logging into the apps you get real-time notifications and updates.
If you are interested in news of any kind, MSN is the homepage for you. MSN connects you to the best news from the best sources. MSN news is handpicked by real editors, not robots, so you know you’re getting quality news. The way I personalize my news experience is by using the “customize this page” button at the top right of the website. From this tool, you can pick what you want to see on your MSN webpage. Discover great stories to get your daily dose of information!
3. Food & Drink
The Food & Drink section is one of my favourite parts of this website. The Food & Drink section is an outlet to find recipe ideas, read news, learn cooking tips, etc. An awesome feature that this section of MSN has, is the shopping list. Browse hundreds of recipes on MSN and once you find one that wets your taste buds, click on the recipe. In the recipe, there is a button that lets you add all the items for the recipe in your shopping list.
4. Health & Fitness
I recently got into the habit of working out and the MSN Health & Fitness section is a great feature that helps me get in shape and stay healthy. The Health & Fitness section has great tools that I constantly take advantage of. From workout routines to a symptom checker, MSN makes sure you have all the information you need to live a happy and healthy life.
The coolest thing about MSN is that it is cross-platform. Whether you have an iPhone, Samsung, Windows phone, etc., you can always take advantage of MSN’s amazing features. Any information you save syncs instantly with your Outlook account. Just download the MSN app of your choice and you’ll never be left in the dark!
Yes, MSN has many cool features but I’ll let you decide which feature you want to take advantage of. Set MSN as your browser homepage today by clicking here!
